The TP-3 RK3576 SBC is a cost-effective and highly integrated embedded single board computer centered on Rockchip RK3576 SoC, tailored for industrial control terminals, edge AI deployment, ultra-high-definition display, network transmission and local storage embedded scenarios. Powered by a mature 8nm process chip solution, the board balances computing performance, power consumption and expandability, serving as a reliable general-purpose embedded mainboard for commercial and industrial lightweight embedded system development.
The core of the RK3576 SBC adopts Rockchip RK3576 octa-core heterogeneous architecture, integrating four 64-bit Cortex-A72 high-performance cores and four 64-bit Cortex-A53 energy-efficient cores with a maximum main frequency up to 2.2GHz. It is equipped with ARM Mali-G52 MC3 3D graphics GPU, which supports mainstream graphics acceleration APIs to meet 2D/3D graphic rendering and human-computer interface display requirements. In terms of multimedia processing, the board supports 8K video hardware decoding and 4K high-resolution display output, paired with multi-camera input and heterogeneous multi-screen display capability, delivering outstanding visual processing performance for intelligent display and machine vision applications.
Onboard with an independent dedicated NPU, the RK3576 SBC provides up to 6.1 TOPS AI computing power, supporting multi-precision inference acceleration including int4, int8, int16, FP16 and BF16. The independent NPU offloads AI algorithm reasoning tasks from the CPU, enabling stable deployment of lightweight target detection, image classification, data statistics and other edge intelligent applications, realizing localized intelligent processing for embedded terminals without relying on cloud computing resources.
The board supports flexible configurable memory and storage specifications to adapt to differentiated application demands. It is configurable with 2GB/4GB/8GB LPDDR4X memory and optional 0GB/32GB/64GB onboard eMMC flash storage, and supports customized storage schemes for special industrial scenarios. The balanced hardware configuration covers most lightweight embedded development scenarios, effectively reducing hardware adaptation costs and improving equipment compatibility.
Featuring high integration and abundant peripheral expansion interfaces, the RK3576 SBC reserves comprehensive industrial-grade interfaces for secondary development. The onboard hardware resources include Gigabit Ethernet port and RGMII interface for stable 10/100/1000Mbps network transmission, multiple USB 2.0/USB 3.0 Type-A host interfaces, and Type-C OTG interface that supports firmware burning and DP display protocol expansion. It is equipped with Mini PCIe expansion slot for accessing WiFi and 4G communication modules, as well as Mini HDMI and MIPI-DSI dual display interfaces to support heterogeneous multi-screen splicing and synchronous/asynchronous display.
For visual acquisition, the board carries five sets of 15Pin BTB MIPI-CSI camera interfaces, including one front-end and four rear-end camera channels, enabling multi-channel synchronous image acquisition and meeting the multi-camera vision monitoring demands of intelligent equipment. In addition, it integrates diversified peripheral resources such as MIC audio input, headphone and microphone integrated audio output, infrared receiver, RTC clock seat and 5V fan interface, covering daily debugging and functional expansion requirements of embedded systems.
A standard 40-pin pin header is led out onboard, fully compatible with Raspberry Pi pin definition, and supports multi-functional expansion of PWM, GPIO, I²C, SPI, UART and CAN bus, greatly improving the compatibility of peripheral modules and reducing the threshold of secondary development and hardware transplantation. The board is equipped with complete physical buttons and status indicators, including power button, MaskRom button, Recovery button, power indicator and system running indicator, facilitating equipment debugging, firmware flashing and operating status monitoring.
In terms of power supply and basic specifications, the board adopts 5V@4A DC power input via Type-C interface (power-only, no data transmission function). It integrates an independent SIM and TF card composite slot, supporting TF card system booting with a maximum capacity of 512GB, and can expand 4G network communication function with matched 4G modules. The default debug serial port parameter is 1500000-8-N-1, which conforms to mainstream embedded debugging specifications.
In terms of system compatibility and development support, the RK3576 SBC stably supports multiple mainstream embedded operating system images including Android, Debian and Ubuntu, adapting to different development environments such as intelligent terminal system development, Linux industrial control program development and algorithm verification. The platform adopts a fully open-source design, providing official development tutorials, complete SDK driver packages and hardware design schematics, enabling embedded engineers to quickly complete project transplantation, function development and iterative optimization, and significantly shortening the product development cycle.
