TC-3399 Stamp Hole Core Board(RK3399 SOM) takes Rockchip RK 3399 chip, 64bits, which takes dual system “server class” Cortex -A72 and quad core cortex A53, its dominant frequency 1.8Ghz, and better than other kernel such as A15/A17/A57.
TC-3399 SOM integrated ARM Mali-T860 MP4 graphics processing unit (GPU), it supports OpenGL ES1.1/2.0/3.0/3.1,OpenVG1.1,OpenCL,Directx11,AFBC (Atmospheric Fluidized Bed Combustion), this kind of GPU could be used in Computer vision, studying machine, 4K 3D machine. It supports H.265 HEVC and VP9, H.265 encoding and 4K HDR.
TC-3399 SOM pin out dual MIPI-CSI and dual ISP, PCIe, USB3.0, USB2.0, eDP, HDMI, TypeC , I2C, UART, SPI, I2S, and ADC yet.
For TC-3399 SOM designed with 2GB/4GB LPDDR4 and 8GB/16GB/32GB eMMC high-speed storage, independent power management system,strong Ethernet expansion capacities, rich display interfaces. This TC-3399 SOM supports Android 7.1, Linux, Debian, Ubuntu OS well.
And TC-3399 SOM takes stamp hole designed, which is of strong scalability, more than 200PIN, and 1.8Ghz. Its PCB takes 8-layers immersion gold designed.
